2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes. We provide Cash on Delivery (COD) service for eligible orders within Thailand. Customers can pay directly to the courier upon delivery.
3. How much is shipping?
Orders over 800 THB receive FREE shipping. Orders below 800 THB will include a standard shipping fee of 40 THB.
4. How long does delivery take?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes around 1–5 business days depending on your location in Thailand.
5. Is my personal information safe?
Absolutely. We respect customer privacy and use secure systems to protect personal information and order details.
6. Can I track my order?
Yes. Tracking information may be provided once your order has been shipped, depending on the shipping method used.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We support multiple payment methods including Cash on Delivery (COD) and other secure payment options available during checkout.
8. Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled before shipping confirmation. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
9. What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
